Tushar Gujjar heads the Litigation Team. He specializes in Commercial, Banking and Real Estate Litigations & Arbitrations. He also advises clients in the TMT sector more particularly in respect of Media Law- Litigation, Intellectual Property Rights Litigation, Film Related Litigation and other fields of law. He also advises and regularly appears in the National Company Law Tribunal, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal in relation to Insolvency Proceedings for the Operational Creditors and the Financial Creditors alike and has represented some high-profile cases before the NCLT and NCLAT under IBC. He also specialized in Banking Litigations before the DRT and under the SARFAESI Act.

He is also involved in consultation in respect of the IPR work and the practicalities of the Film and Television Industry and is involved in advising various entities in relation to the Films/Tele-films/Ad-films/ OTT series, etc. He is also conversant with the documentation required to protect the Interests of a Production House or an Artist as the case may be in respect of a Reality Show, Cinematographic Films, Short Films, Ad-films, documentaries, Daily Soaps, OTT series etc.

He also advises various Societies in City, Central, Eastern and Western Suburbs and is involved in advising Co-operative Societies in relation to the provisions of the Maharashtra Co- operative Societies Act and also deals with various litigations before the Authorities like Deputy Registrar, Registrar, Co-operative Courts, Co-operative Appellate Courts as well as High Court matters for and against the society.

He has argued numerous matters in the High Court and has got various projects in the Suburbs/ Distant Suburbs completed under the orders of the High Court and Tribunals. He has also argued numerous matters in the High Court and other Courts of Mumbai. He is also enrolled as an Advocate on Record, Supreme Court of India. He has appeared in the Supreme Court and other High Courts in India and briefed most of the top Senior Counsels of the Supreme Court and High Courts in Property, Media and Commercial Matters. He also specializes in White Collared Crimes.
