Riddhi Shah Mistry, is an Associate Partner. She has vast experience in the Real Estate Transactions including acquisition of Land/Buildings/Units, Title Verification, Redevelopment and Self-Development and other Real Estate related transactions. She also has experience of advising on the Society matters related to the membership and immovable properties.

She has been involved into various Society Redevelopment, Self-Development and other Real Estate Transaction. She has extensive experience in MCGM Redevelopment Project, MHADA Redevelopment Project, SRA Redevelopment Project etc. She is an expert in the entire gamut of Real Estate Projects under DCPR 2034 in Mumbai and MMRDA. She also has an extensive knowledge in the real estate sector with title due diligence, drafting conveyance deeds, lease deeds, development agreements, power of attorneys etc. She is also expert in the Real Estate (Regulation and Development Act), 2016.
